All trading on this site (animusjewelry.com) is regulated by below mentioned conditions. By ordering any of our products, now and in the future, you automatically agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. We advise you to read the following terms and conditions carefully before making your purchase with us.

Payment

All prices are in Swedish Kronor (SEK) including 25% VAT. Depending on the visitor’s country, the web shop will automatically convert to the customer’s currency. All conversions are made with live rates, so this is a price-estimate that could vary according to the current exchange rates. Your order will be charged in SEK and your bank will convert it to your currency using their exchange rates.

PayPal: Pay simple, convenient and safe with your PayPal-account or by card. We accept payment through PayPal secure check out with Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Amex. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, and that you are over 18 years old, or have parental/guardian permission and an authorized user of the credit card used for the transaction. At every purchase you must always enter your credit card details as we do not save this type of information. The products shall remain the property of ANIMUS until full payment has been made.

Privacy Policy

All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by ANIMUS as responsible for the personal information. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, the credit assessment, to provide offers and information to you. The information you provide is only available to ANIMUS and will not be shared with other second parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request ANIMUS to delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting ANIMUS Terms and Conditions, you agree to the above.

Duties and taxes

When ordering from a country outside the EU, you will not have to pay the Swedish VAT. Customs, additional tax and/or import duties are charged to the person receiving the parcel, once the parcel reaches its destination country. You may be charged when your order passes through customs. ANIMUS is not responsible for such taxes and duties, and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as custom policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Contact your local customs office or other proper authorities for current charges before you order. Please be advised that tax and duties may not be refundable to non-EU costumers wishing to return items.

Shipping & Delivery

ANIMUS ships to Sweden, Europe, USA, Canada and Australia. For other countries please contact info@animusjewelry.com. We will handle your order within 24 business hours, and when you place an order, a notice will be sent to you by email. Orders will be shipped using Swedish Postal Service, Postnord.

A flat-rate shipping cost will be added to your order and displayed at checkout. Delivery time to Sweden is 2-4 business days, Scandinavia 2-7 business days, Europe 2-7 business days and worldwide 4-14 business days.

Our shipping rates: Sweden 70 SEK, Scandinavia 100 SEK, Europe 150 SEK and outside Europe 250 SEK.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email and information on how to track your package. If we cannot accept your order for any reason, we will contact you immediately by email to inform you. All orders made at ANIMUS’s web shop will be delivered to the address given in the order.

Transport damages and faulty products (reklamation)

If the product is lost or if you upon receiving the order notice that the item has been damaged during transport immediately report to info@animusjewelry.com.

Our items are quality controlled before they are sent to customers. Should you receive a defective item contact us immediately to info@animusjewelry.com and provide a photo of the defect and keep all the packaging before sending the product, so we can approve the complaint. If a defective product has been sent, you will receive a new item, discount or a refund for the item and all shipping costs, on presentation of proof of postage. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear over time are not considered to be faulty. Items lost or damaged in return transit will not be compensated for. Note that for customers outside the EU, VAT and other import expenses are not covered. If you believe you have received an incorrect merchandise (style or size) please contact info@animusjewelry.com and provide a photo of the merchandise and keep all the packaging before sending the product.

Exchanges and returns

  • Always contact info@animusjewelry.com before returning any items.
  • You can return the product(s) within 14 days of delivery.
  • The product(s) must be in new condition.
  • You can switch and exchange a product, just contact us.

Please contact ANIMUS before returning any products to info@animusjewelry.com. You are always entitled to an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your order. We strongly recommend that you return your item within 7 days of receiving your order to ensure it arrives back to ANIMUS in time. We will reimburse the total purchase amount, but the item must be sent back to ANIMUS at your own expense including shipping costs, duties and taxes. The items must be returned in original condition, unused and undamaged and in the original dust bag. Make sure to include contact information with the return, along with receipt or order confirmation. Items lost or damaged in return transit will not be compensated for. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product using the same payment method. ANIMUS reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy and requirements.

If you wish to exchange an item this can be done within the 14 days from receiving your order. The product needs to be of equal value, and if you would like to exchange for an item of lesser or greater value, please contact us. If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead. Note that shipping and handling charges are non refundable. Returns outside of the EU may be applied again with additional taxes and duties. The new item will be shipped to you when your returned item has been received by us and checked.

For packages to be unclaimed at your post office ANIMUS reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight, and administrative costs.

How to return your order

Please send us an email to info@animusjewelry.com with your name and payment reference (as seen on the email with delivery details), and if you wish to return or exchange an item. Force majeure

ANIMUS is not liable for any non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, which directly or indirectly prevents, obstructure or renders production, delivery or freight uneconomical until such obstacle has been removed (force majeure). Such circumstances shall be deemed to include difficulties to procure raw materials as well as other difficulties and disturbances. ANIMUS shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a results of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity, telephone or internet services.

If ANIMUS asserts Force Majeure as an excuse for failure to perform ANIMUS obligation, then the nonperforming party must prove that ANIMUS took reasonable steps to minimize delay or obligations, and that the other party was timely notified of the likelihood or actual occurrence which would justify such an assertion, so that other prudent precautions could be contemplated.
